The staff were very helpful, excellent, will be back. The hotel was placed in the central location in the pizza restaurant on the corner by the Jaggy Thistle. It was within a close distance from Harry Ramsden's, serving fast food.

The place was clean and relaxing, it had extremely friendly and excellent staff at desk and room services. The location in a lovely quiet area was incredible and there were the main shopping centre and a supermarket nearby. It took me 5 mins to get to the bus station.

Truly enjoyed how the apartment on the balcony was arranged when we arrived. Booked the hotel for its magnificent and stunning location next to the portofino apartments which are in the first block where reception is, the beach shops cafes bars and restaurant and the pizza restaurant on the corner by the Jaggy Thistle.

The food provided was gorgeous. The location for Santa Ponsa was excellent and perfect, right by the Portofino, a taxi to the deya apartments, which are situated slap bang in the middle of the noisiest area of Santa ponsa and transport to airport.
It had not very comfortable beds, maybe it was bad luck.
